Please note that on completion of payment ownership of goods transfers to the buyer. We only accept payment via EFT currently. If you wish for products to be insured while in transit please indicate as such by e-mail to smitties@global.co.za with your order number. Even though our couriers are very reliable, we can not be held liable for the loss or damage of goods if it has not been insured. Insurance is billed out at cost on invoicing.

Please note any returns for refund for whatever reason will only be accepted within 10 days of sale, and if prior arrangement has been made with us. Items must be in brand new unused condition and include all packaging and manuals. We reserve the right to decline the refund of any product if we determine that the product is in an unsuitable condition for resale. This includes items that appear to be faulty which will be sent to the importer/distributor for evaluation first. Please note all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. This include where free shipping was applicable, or where we subsidized part of the shipping costs. The original cost of shipping will be deducted at cost in all cases. Please note that we do not accept returns of electronic equipment unless product is deemed faulty, at which point it is up to the supplier of that item to carry out repair or replacement of item.

All goods are used outside of our control, and it is therefore the responsibility of the operator to ensure the safe operation of any item, to follow any applicable safety guidelines, and to abide by any applicable laws. We can not be held liable for injury or damage to property arising out of the use of any of our products.

Every reasonable measure is taken to ensure that our website or any communication from us is free from viruses or any other malicious content. We can not be held liable for any loss or damage, loss of data, or damage to any equipment arising from the use of our website.

We try to ensure that all data, products and pricing on our website is accurate and reserve the right to alter any pricing without prior notification, alter any special or sale pricing at any time, and reserve the right to decline the supply of any product should it be determined that a product description or price has been placed erroneously on our website.

All courier costs displayed on checkout is an estimate and may vary depending on region. Courier costs work on a sliding scale depending on order value and region. You will receive an invoice from us with the correct courier costs. We offer free shipping on orders over R2000.00

We do not collect or use any data when visiting our website via cookies or any other means. All data entered by clients when placing an order is used for completing that order only and will never be shared to any party.
